OUR LEADERSHIP

Together in
mission

We are down-to-earth people who love helping churches and individuals take their next step into mission.
Practical support, straight talk, and careful stewardship.
Rob Reynolds
SIM NZ Director
I lead our team as we help churches across Aotearoa send and support mission workers with confidence. I love coming alongside church leadership to give practical support as they send their people and help their church family embrace global mission. When we do this well, those being sent can serve sustainably for the long haul.

If you would like to explore what serving looks like or learn what partnership could look like for your church, we’d love to connect.
DaNae Reynolds
Global Engagement Mobiliser (Mission Coach)
I work with churches and individuals who desire to understand and learn more about mission. I have the privilege of coming along side others who are journeying into mission, helping to discern what God might be promoting them towards, understanding the needs and opportunities globally and preparing to go and serve. I love that I get to do relationship, that and the joy of furthering God's kingdom are what motivate me.

If you have questions about whether missions is for you, or would appreciate help as you discern how God is leading you, I’d love to have a conversation with you.

Helen Cowie
Personnel Director
I lead the personnel team in NZ and each one of us has a distinct role as, together, we help people discover their part in God's mission. In today’s changing world, we want to get the story out to people in New Zealand churches that global workers are still needed for the expansion of God's Kingdom. I work with our team to ensure that good practices are in place for all SIM workers to flourish in their lives and ministry.

Communications / Media
We’re passionate about telling the stories of what God is doing around the world. Through our magazine, e-newsletter, social media, and SIMply Prayer emails, we make sure every story is heard. These stories invite you to pray, give, and go, joining our partners as they serve as the hands and feet of Jesus in communities worldwide. We also aim to inspire future SIM workers to explore how their gifts can be used for God’s mission.

Have a media opportunity, an advertising enquiry, or a request to use, reprint, or access SIM stories and archives? Please get in touch.

People care, TCK care
Our role is to develop partnerships with churches in Aotearoa NZ to fulfil our country vision of a missional church working to make disciples in places where Christ in least known. We enjoy walking alongside and providing holistic care for our co-workers as they serve in global and local contexts. Supporting our Third Culture Kids (TCKs) is part of our role where we aim to provide support and encouragement and equip our families for life with TCKs.

Whether you are a church leader or a family preparing for service, we invite you to contact us to discuss how we can support you.
